financial institutions in resolving problem loans. The company

experience to 10 years of community bank experience. It includes
troubled bank turnarounds, start-up bank projects, strategic

director & management training, to name a few.

a former bank President & Chief Credit Officer, Dennis

FOUNDER'S BIOGRAPHY
Dennis
F. Ceklovsky is the President of DFC Consulting Company, Inc.
Prior to forming the company in 1996, Dennis began his banking
career with Bank of America. He spent his first 15 years there
serving in a variety of credit & managerial positions,
and was honored in 1984 by B of A's President for outstanding
performance.
In
1988 he entered community banking where, over the next 8 years,
he distinguished himself as an accomplished turnaround expert
of troubled institutions, earning the respect of state &
federal regulatory agencies.
As
a result of his accomplishments, Dennis was selected and approved
as the President of 2 start-up community bank projects. This
unique combination of skills and experience gives him a valuable
perspective on the banking and financial industries.
Dennis
has been a regular guest speaker at California State University-Sacramento
and is a former instructor for the California Community College
system in the areas of banking, finance & management.
He has served on the boards of several Greater Sacramento
area community organizations, including the Sacramento Chapter
of Robert Morris Associates, a banking industry credit organization.
